Positive: The whole apartment was spotlessly clean - 5* hotel clean. All new appliances, in fact the whole apartment had been recently renovated. Modern decor, great new A/C units in both bedroom and living room. Working Iron. Easy parking in the steet. Very quiet. And they very kindly let me check in early! Props to the cleaning crew for getting it ready in time.

Negative: It is an older building that needs a bit of renovation. Once inside the apartment you don't care.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was located in a very quiet and peaceful area, while still being close to everything we needed. The space was beautiful, cozy, and very comfortable. The living room was lovely, the bedroom felt warm and relaxing, and there was also a nice desk area and a well-equipped kitchenette that made the stay even more convenient. Everything was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our time there and would happily stay again.

Positive: We spent two days in this apartment. The place is very bright, clean, and well-maintained. A huge plus was the large TV with access to Netflix and YouTube — a great way to relax in the evening. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the internet worked well. The property is located a bit far from the main tourist spots. Therefore, if you plan to stay here, I highly recommend having or renting a car to stay mobile and get around easily. At the same time, this location has its own unique charm: there is a real local flavor here. It’s a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in the authentic, real-world life of everyday Cypriots away from the usual tourist gloss. A special thank you for the hospitality and quick responses to all our questions. We really enjoyed everything!

Positive: The apartment is very beautiful inside and everything renewed.. great coffee machine !

Negative: location is a little bit far (first line is 20 min walking) ; the blocks are not good looking . Mandatory to be changed the hand shower with something better !

Positive: It’s very clean and comfortable.

Negative: Overall great, but it’s quite far from everything and if you don’t have a car it might feel a bit isolated. 10mn walk to the first coffee place, 25mn to the beach, no commerce in the immediate vicinity (very residential). Pretty far from bus station and tourist area. Prepare to Uber.
